It is with joy that we would like to inform you all that this morning we got word from Fr. Raymond Mwangala, General Assistant for Mission, confirming that the Superior General has appointed Fr. Bogdan Osiecki as our the Representative on the General Mission Committee for the North American Region. We congratulate Fr. Bogdan this appointment. As Fr. General said in the letter of appointment “we are grateful his ministry and for his willingness to serve the congregation in this capacity.”

Father Bogdan was born in 1967 in Katowice, Poland. He was ordained a priest in 1996 at Obra Seminary, after which he was sent to the Hudson Bay missions in northern Canada. He ministered among the Inuit for 22 years. He is currently a Provincial Councilor and Pastor at St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish in Mississauga.
