Yesterday, another inter-parish soccer tournament for altar servers took place in Woodbridge at the Indoor Soccer Complex to compete for the Assumption Provincial Cup. The parishes, St. Casimir in Toronto, St. Eugene in Brampton, St. Maximilian in Mississauga, St. Gabriel in Burlington, Holy Spirit in Barrie and Our Lady Queen of Poland in Scarborough fielded their strong teams making the competition high level and fierce. However, this was not the most important thing. It was mainly about having a good time and showing that the altar servers are the best team not only at the altar, but also on the soccer field!

We congratulate the winning teams from Toronto (older group) and from Brampton (younger group), of course! And see you next year!
