I won't exaggerate if I say that it's a long tradition of the Novitiate at Holy Cross in Poland to regularly donate blood. Although we have only a few novices, they were up to the task and kept the long tradition alive by going to Kielce to share this priceless gift. Although they returned to their convent duties a little lighter, but much satisfied.
